Occasionally I meet local clients in a coffee shop to catch up on what we’ve been doing and what needs to be done, but as a Virtual Assistant sometimes my clients aren’t local so it would prove difficult to meet up for a chat.  An excellent alternative is an online meeting. 

I used DimDim a few weeks ago and found it fairly easy to use and very convenient.  You can hold a live meeting or event just using your web browser and DimDim.   Everyone can see and hear each other, you can share documents and a whiteboard and even record the session.

There are four different price plans to choose from, including a free option.  It’s definitely worth a look.  If you’ve used any other online meeting programme I’d be very interested to hear about your experiences.
